I'm taking part in Race for Life to raise money to beat cancer sooner and make a difference to the lives of people going through treatment, survivors and their families

In memory of

My Mum who sadly lost her battle exactly 30 years ago on race day.

Amy and I are running Race for Life this year and as many of you know it;s a cause close to our hearts. It's a special year for us as not only am I celebrating another year being cancer free, it is also exactly 30 years to the day on Race Day that Mum lost her battle with pancreatic cancer. This year Amy and I will be covering ourselves in face paints and glitter as a way of celebrating Mum's life. Please help us to help those living with this vile disease and their families and friends who have to watch helplessly while they do. I was lucky enough to be surrounded by an amazing group of friends and my children who got me through. Thanks for any donation, however small

1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now.
