My Story
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life Pretty Muddy to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now. This July Cameron and I will be running the Race for Life Pretty Muddy run in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. A few months ago we found out that mum was diagnosed with breast cancer. The diagnosis hasn’t been easy for us to swallow and it is a scary time in our lives. We are so grateful that years of research has meant treatment for breast cancer has developed and increased the survival rates for this diagnosis. More research still has to be done and so we would like to fundraise for cancer research. We have set a target to raise £400 in the month before the race and would be so grateful for any donations.
