Time to change. I'm taking on Fitness February to raise money for Cancer Research UK, please support me.
I've had a pretty rough time the last few months and been feeling bloody sorry for myself. 2019 however was all about kicking my own backside to get myself in gear and so rather than being pathetic and self indulgent i am going to do something for people that actually deserve sympathy. Consequently , I’m taking on Fitness February, an epic 28-day exercise challenge for Cancer Research UK. I vow to do at least an hour of exercise every day and hopefully double that (i wont count my Lionel walking) for 28 days. I want to raise at least £250.00 and hopefully more to fund life-saving cancer research . Will you or anyone you know please sponsor me.

Cancer survival rates have doubled over the past 40 years. Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
