2019 Cardiff University Cardiff Half Marathon

In 8 weeks, I will be running the Cardiff half to support a worthy cause, Cancer Research UK. For those who know me, you’ll know that I am not a runner. You will also know that, as a family, we've had to face cancer time and time again. That is all the motivation i need. This is for my Grampy, who sadly lost his life in 2012 to cancer, and for the women in my life, who continue to inspire me everyday with their strength - my mother and my Nan. Thank you.
