Maidstone Pretty Muddy 5k 2021

Sat 21 Aug 2021 - Sat 21 Aug 2021

My Story

Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life Pretty Muddy to raise money and save lives. My grandad is having a hard time at the moment struggling with his cancer. Unfortunately he’s been diagnosed with bone cancer and it is spreading to many other places in his body. The cancer nurses and doctors are incredible helping him with his pain meds and we need to keep supporting them at these crucial times in our lives to help heal and hopefully save the ones we love from so much pain. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now.

All Cancer Types

Cancer survival rates have doubled over the past 40 years. Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further. Help Cancer Research UK improve results even faster.
