My Story
I have been wanting to do some fundraising/charity work for ages but hadn't found the right time or event/organisation to join! When I saw my friend Laura was doing 12 months of charity I jumped at the chance to join in. This will be my first ever run since I was at school, so I am sure I will find it a challenge, but I am looking forward to it and hoping to raise lots of money for a really great cause! Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
