This September, we’re taking on Sweatember, an epic 30-day exercise challenge for Cancer Research UK! We chose to do this as we have both lost people we love to Cancer and want to help towards its defeat. Jess lost her Grandad in 2004, Pete his Granny in 2005 and his Nonna in 2010 and we lost our best friend Kriss in 2016, we have chose to do this in their memory.
