Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. I'm running for a lovely lady who lost her fight a couple of weeks before Christmas last year. She was funny, bright & made a mean Portuguese pudding! Her lust for life & humour can be seen clearly in the lovely girls she left behind, & her determination to live every single minute was an example to us all xx 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
