This past month has been unsettling, after losing a dear work colleague to cancer, having a close relative who I adore being recently diagnosed with breast cancer and being awed by people I love who are on treatment and fighting daily - I have decided that I'm stepping up to the challenge and completing 21,000 steps every day for 21 days to help beat cancer sooner.
