I'm taking part in Race for Life to raise money to help pay for treatments for anyone suffering with this horrible disease, especially my Dad xx
My Story
My Dad has recently been diagnosed with Myleodysplasia, a type of Blood Cancer, luckily it hasn’t as yet developed into full blown Leukaemia and because of other health issues, we only have a small time frame to catch its development, in which he will hopefully be able to complete chemotherapy to eradicate the illness! To be able to catch this window he needs to attend three monthly blood tests and six monthly bone marrow tests. So I’m running this race to raise funds to help cover treatment costs for him and anyone else that is suffering from this disease, so please spare a little and help this worthwhile cause for your own loved ones sakes also.
