First 10k in a long time, running with my running bud Joanne McGahon! Remembering friends and family as I run
My Story
I was due to run the RFL last month but suffered vertigo and couldn't make it on the day. I was gutted as I'd really trained! So I've signed up for a 10k to make up for it. EEK! Cancer has affected friends and family, and I first did this run many years ago. I'm more gutted that it's still something we must fight, but FIGHT WE MUST and so I hope you might sponsor me this year.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
