Jeni & Jessica's Race for Life

10 years ago, I received a phone call whilst sat with my sister Sharon having a chat in my living room to say I needed to visit the hospital for the results of a biopsy they had taken! I didn’t really think much of it until I walked into a room with a Doctor and McMillan nurse sitting there. Then the next few months flashed by with visits to Barts Hospital in London and then Surgery to have a Radical Hysterectomy, then it was just a case of waiting to see if they had removed all the cancer. Then 5yrs of regular check-ups I’m extremely lucky and very grateful to have had my 10 Year all clear this year. This year me and jess will be doing the run together so any donations will be gratefully appreciated.
