We want to help fight bowel cancer. This disease affects more and more younger people and research into the reasons for early onset and prevention needs significant funding.
My Story
Thanks for visiting our fundraising page. We are a team of year 3 school friends taking on a challenge of jogging 31 miles in May (as a team) to help fight bowel cancer by raising money for the Bowelbabe Fund for Cancer Research UK. Our team members are: Zoe, Iyla, Arissa, Kavya, Chloe, India-Rose, Skyla, Sanya, Isabella, Ella W, Ella B, Bianca, Clemency, Anira, Nayela, Farah, Caoimhe and Olanna, supported by Zoe’s mum Kate (doing her own challenge) and younger sisters Esmee, Ishya, Poppy and Ashika. CAUSE
Bowelbabe Fund
Fuelled by the spirit of rebellious hope - of choosing to remain hopeful in the face of overwhelming odds - the Bowelbabe Fund for Cancer Research UK was set up to continue the incredible legacy of Dame Deborah James. We raise money to fund cutting edge research into early detection and personalised medicine, raise awareness of signs and symptoms and tackle the stigmas around cancer with unflinching honesty so we can give more people affected by cancer more time with the people they love.

With Cancer Research UK Giving Pages more of the money raised goes towards beating cancer. Aside from the credit and debit card fees, every penny donated goes to Cancer Research UK.
