My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. This March I’m walking 10,000 steps a day throughout the month to help beat cancer sooner. Help me Walk All Over Cancer and fund life-saving research by sponsoring me. My inspiration for joining in this event comes from one of my dear friends Michelle Zachert-Jones who sadly lost her battle with cancer on the 30th January 2019. Michelle never stopped fighting right to the end and had such a zest for life and travel. Michelle was taken far too soon, as are many people. It's only be carrying out vital cancer research that others like Michelle can be given a better chance of surviving this terrible illness and live longer. Thank you for taking the time to read my story. 💜

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
