To raise as much money as possible to help the fight to beat cancer.
I am running the Race for Life in memory of my Tama (Grandma) who lost her battle against cancer in November 2017. Tama was always full of fun and loved life. She cooked the best chicken curry I have ever tasted and always wanted to make sure we left her house with our tummies full! The most important thing in her life was her family, especially her nine grand children and two great-grand children. We all miss her very much. Two years ago she cheered me on while I completed my first Race for Life, this year I hope she will be watching over me while I run in her memory.

Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
