George Gunter
I am running race for life in memory of my Grancha (George Gunter) who sadly died of oesophogeal cancer in January this year, just 9 weeks after diagnosis. I am running not only for grancha, but for all people affected by cancer, both people who've had cancer, and the families who had to watch their relatives go through it as well.
CAUSE
Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
