My Story
It's that time of year when I get my trainers out of hiding and ask my wonderful family and friends to sponsor me just a £1 for race for life . We've all had people who we love being touched by this horrible disease, some like my beautiful,amazing sister friend Lynda looked cancer in the face and kicked its butt..... some sadly fought with dignity and bravery but didn't make it.. Some friends and family the beautiful Dawn and Maureen decide to fight quietly and bravely I might only walk/ crawl but I do it for them ,for Jenny, for my auntie Jessie , for my friends mum, for my friends ,my friends friends and for all those still fighting ???????? Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
