My Dad, Michael Murphy had so much life left to live. He suddenly passed with so many plans and promises, it's completely broken my heart and our families hearts to know his life was taken too soon.. In my whole life of always being organised and planning ahead i have never felt more out of control and helpless, but one thing i do know, is that i don't want anyone else to experience what my Dad had too, or to even experience losing someone so close to their heart.. if there's anything i can do to help stop or prevent these heartbreaking times from happening to others, i want to do it and this is what has motivated me.. And so i have decided to do a 10k race for life for a charity that is doing their best in preventing people from being taken by Cancer.. Please help me in fighting this thing.
