My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. In support of a close relative currently undergoing cancer treatment I decided to Walk all over Cancer. Having not been very active over the winter, and hampered by icy weather in February, I only managed an average of 7,500 steps a day in the first two weeks in March, but now I am up to speed, and plan to continue until April 14th to make up the total. This is absolutely not my chosen way of fundraising - I would much rather have invited you to a coffee morning or an afternoon tea - but options are limited at the moment. So, much as I hate asking people for money, especially in response to such a puny effort, please will you consider donating through my giving page. Thanks 😀 Janet

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
