Over the last 2years too many relatives and friends have been and are fighting cancer or have cared for or are caring for someone who is, so I am in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. NOW I REALLY, REALLY HATE RUNNING, but probably not as much as mum probably hated having to endure all her cancer treatment however well intended. So please spare a few pence to get me around this course, it will be the incentive I need! 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
