In memory of
My Mum and Dad who both died from cancer.
Nearly everyone will be affected by cancer in some way during their lifetime, for me I lost both my parents to this horrible disease and have had friends and family who have had treatment (and survived). I have signed up to walk 10k (further than I have walked before in one day) on 8th October to raise money for Cancer Research UK to help fight breast cancer. Please can you sponsor me, even £1 will help.
CAUSE
Breast cancer
With almost 140 women diagnosed every day, breast cancer is the most common cancer in the UK. And, although rarer, around 350 men are also diagnosed with breast cancer every year. The good news is more than two-thirds of women now survive 20 years or more. Help Cancer Research UK find new ways to diagnose and treat the disease.
