I'm taking part in Cancer Research's Tough 10 to raise money to beat cancer sooner.
So I've decided to start my distance running career "small" with a 10K off-road hill run in aid of Cancer Research! If you can please donate just a few pounds to the help me reach my target then that would be greatly appreciated!

Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
