My Story

I'm personally doing this having had 2 uncles and my dad get through prostate cancer and having a slight scare myself recently. My main driver though, and the reason I would like to do this run with our younger dog Noodle (heat dependant for him), is for our beloved Maltese Terrier Muzzy (15) who has Liver Cancer and coming to the end of his glorious life. (Update - unfortunately we said goodbye to Muzzy on 24th June) Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 10k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
