Cancer has affected my family massively in years gone by. So many of my family members have battled cancer and struggled for years. To see what my family’s gone through I just want to do my bit to help end cancer, as well as running in the memory of those family members who lost their battles. Our work has helped double cancer survival in the UK in the last 50 years. Despite this incredible progress, there’s more to be done. Nearly 1 in 2 of us will get cancer in our lifetime.
