My Story

Thank you for visiting my Cancer Research UK Cycle 300 page. Its time to get back on my bike to get fitter and healthier. And what a motivator to try and raise some funds for a cause which is close to my heart and I'm sure many others too. So this September, I will complete over 300 miles on my bike for Cancer Research UK. I will be aiming to complete my 300 miles within 5 days, some will be done in the spin studio and some in the gym, however I will be looking to cycle at least 200 on the open roads. So please help this fantastic cause and chip in just a few quid. Thanks you!!

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
