Back in April 2019 I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Thanks to my brilliant medical team who gave me the confidence to believe I could be treated and who cared for me so well, I am back on the bike and am living proof that we can beat cancer. I have joined The Tyred Trio to cycle 300 miles in September to raise money for more vital research to celebrate my recovery and in memory of my dear friend Mike who tragically died from lung cancer last year.
