My Story
Thank you for taking the time to read My Story. I’m running this marathon for everyone who is fighting to beat Cancer. This is a charity very close to my heart and I’m determined to help make a difference. Raising money to support advancements in cancer research is now more important than ever. As I prepare for this marathon, I recognise the importance of family and friends and will run this marathon on behalf of all those impacted by cancer. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
