I'm stepping into the ring on 19th October to raise money for Stand up to Cancer....yikes.

So it turns out I've been foolish enough to sign up to Ultra White Collar Boxing...what does this entail you might ask? Well it's a devilishly tough 8 week boot camp culminating in 3x2 minute rounds of boxing, in front of nearly 1000 people, where I will be trading blows with a colleague from Cancer Research UK. (Yes, you will be able to come and watch) If it sounds tough, that's because it is, but nowhere near as tough as cancer. I'll be keeping you updated along the way with my progress but the first thing you need to know is that I have given up the booze as part of the training...if that doesn't make you donate I don't know what will). I'm committed to absolutely giving this my all to help raise funds to beat cancer because it needs to be beaten. And we will beat it. But only if you all donate generously! I've seen, first hand, over the last few months what a real **** cancer can be and how it can rip people from your life viciously. So let's do this!
