2020 London Marathon (Bobby Moore Fund)

My Story

Thank you for visiting my page. I will be competing in the October 2021 London Marathon to raise funds for the Bobby Moore Fund. All support towards this fantastic cause will receive my eternal thanks, and more importantly will go towards helping to beat bowel cancer for good.

CAUSE

Bobby Moore Fund

Bobby Moore was just 51 years old when he died. Shortly after his death in 1993, Bobby’s widow Stephanie Moore OBE set up the Bobby Moore Fund to raise money for pioneering bowel cancer research. Since the fund was set up , bowel cancer mortality rates have fallen by over 30%. However, with 46 people losing their life to the disease every day in the UK, we still have a long way to go.
