Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 10k to raise money and save lives. 16th December 2017 was the day I lost my grandmother to Lung Cancer and it will remain as the most heartbreaking day of my life. Although doing a race for life won't help her now, it will help many other sufferers who are in the position she once was in. My grandmother was a keen contributor to many charities, this has inspired me and I know it would make her very proud Unfortunately, 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
