Ipswich Pretty Muddy 5k 2019

I'm going to get muddy because the stat 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer is far too much.
In memory of
Grandad Alf
1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. This statistic is too much, personally, all four of my grandparents have experienced cancer so understandably it is a cause very close to my heart. Through work and my time so far as a student nurse I've seen first hand the devestating effects of cancer at all parts of people's journeys- something which nobody should have to go through which is another reason why this is so important to me. If anyone has a few spare pennies to donate it would be very appreciated, if not please help to raise awareness in any way you can.
