My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. I’m taking on the epic challenge of taking on a hike and raising money for life-saving research into cancer. I’m doing this hike as a birthday present to a man who has always supported me, he lost his mum too soon to this awful disease & I want to help raise money to prevent anyone losing someone to it. Every two minutes, someone in the UK is diagnosed with cancer. The money I raise will help support Cancer Research UK with their ground-breaking work to see more people surviving. Cancer Research UK are world leaders in finding new ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and receive no government funding for their research. Help me give cancer the boot and support this vital research by sponsoring me.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
