My Story
On 28th August 2026, I lost my aunt to cancer. I watched her fight with everything she had in her but sadly it wasn’t enough. My aunt was one of the bravest women I knew, she was the life of every party, the person that could make even the saddest person laugh and I miss her more everyday. I hope to be able to help raise funds for cancer research in the hopes of preventing another person from losing their aunt, their sister, mother, daughter, brother, father, son etc. I also love to read and I feel like this is the perfect challenge for me to take on, it’s a hobby my aunt was a huge part of, while she didn’t read herself, we’d take a trip into Glasgow every month to visit Waterstones, that was our own aunt and niece time.
