My Story
Whilst many people remain sceptical about fundraising for big charities; so many of us have been affected by cancer. I lost my grandmother in 2008 to breast cancer (a battle she had been fighting for over 3 years). I have lost others and watched others battle with it and it's so crucial to keep fundraising. This will be my 9th year of race for life and I believe race for life number 12. Thanks for all your support

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
