My Story
Myself and One of my best friends have decided to run for all our friends and family who have been taken too soon by this cruel disease but also for all the patients and families we look after everyday who have lost their battle or are still fighting their battles with cancer ! We both have young children and hope that by raising money for this charity we are helping cancer research make progress on finding a cure as soon as possible in order to prevent them having to suffer loss like many others have done. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
