My mission is to raise as much money as we possibly can in loving memory of my Grandad Tim.
In memory of
Grandad Tim
My Story
In December 2024, we lost our beloved Tim, who meant the world to so many. His kindness, generosity, and incredible sense of humour left a lasting impact on all who knew him. As a family, we want to celebrate his life and carry on his legacy in a way that he would have been proud of. To honour his memory, I am taking on an ambitious challenge to raise as many funds I can for cancer research. On July 19th, I will be taking on a charity skydive, jumping from 14,000 feet at skydive langar in Nottingham to raise money for a charity close to our hearts. But that’s not all! A lot of you may know I am far from the fittest of people however I have also decided I am also going to be running 200 miles over the course of 50days, which is the equivalent of running from Ashbourne to Easingwold and back. This will be a huge personal challenge, but one that I am determined to complete in memory of my grandad and the joy he brought to our lives. But that’s not all!! We will be holding a few other charity fundraising events so keep an eye out on my Facebook to keep updated! Every step of this journey is not only for my grandad Tim but for the people and causes he cared about. Your support, whether through donations, or cheering me on during the skydive and runs, will mean the world to us. It’s a chance for all of us to come together, honour Tim’s legacy, and make a lasting difference in his name. Thank you so much for your love, support, and generosity.
