I've cycled 400 miles this September for Cancer Research UK
My Story
Everyone knows someone whose life have been forever changed by cancer. To help support the remarkable work that Cancer Research UK are doing, this September, I'll be cycling 300 miles to help raise money for this fantastic organisation - that's about the same distance as cycling from Leeds to Torquay! This is definitely going to be tough for me (I only got into cycling 5 months ago!) so donations of any size that you feel able to give will be immensely welcome. All donations will go straight to Cancer Research UK, to help them continue to fund life saving research. I very much appreciate that times are hard, but please consider donating however much you feel comfortable with, every penny makes a huge difference to vital cancer research. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
