I'm taking part in Race for Life to raise money to beat cancer

It's time rather than seeing people do this in awe, to put my trainers on and getting running again. What better reason than to run for Cancer. Most of us know someone who has been affected by Cancer, so do your bit and help me raise money and save lives, as I take part in the Race for Life 5K in Penzance.

1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now.

Right that's it, this years challenge is to run the 5K, I've signed up and now need your support to help encourage me along the way. I'm doing the 5K Race for Life in Penzance on 3rd June, anyone wanting to come down and join me, it's open to men and women this year, come down, I'd love to see you running by my side as I'm running alone so far.... please sponsor me for this cause.
