My Story
It's time rather than seeing people do this in awe, to put my trainers on and getting running again. What better reason than to run for Cancer. Most of us know someone who has been affected by Cancer, so do your bit and help me raise money and save lives, as I take part in the Race for Life 5K in Penzance. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
