In memory of
My Mum, my Dad, my Sister
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. This March I’m walking 10,000 steps a day throughout the month to help beat cancer sooner. Help me Walk All Over Cancer and fund life-saving research by sponsoring me. This will be a challenge for me as those who know me will know I don't do any form of exercise, but having just moved house I now have no excuse any more not to get out and put one foot in front the other, dust off my steps tracker and do something positive about helping to beat cancer which has taken too many of my loved ones. So, in memory of my Mum (taken by Acute Myeloid Leukemia 1993), my sister (Pancreatic Cancer 2005), my Dad (Lung Cancer 2011) and right now I am sitting by my brother-in-law's bedside watching him die of liver & stomach cancer - I will try to do my bit in helping to beat this revolting and cruel disease.

Cancer survival rates have doubled over the past 40 years. Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
