My Story
Cancer. It's a bit rubbish, really. In 2018, when I was living and working over 3000 miles away from home in Austin TX, my dad was diagnosed with, and fought a short battle against, cancer. The support offered to my family during that time was incredible. I will never be able to come close to fully thanking the dedicated people at Cancer Research UK but, by spending a Sunday in May running around Hackney, I'm hoping that I can start. Please help me support their efforts to reach the day when all cancers are cured.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
