My Story
Day 28 + 2 And that's the end. I did it! Yesterday I celebrated with doughnuts (I was dreaming about them for whole month) and ice cream. I can see one major improvement after this month: I can finally drink coffee with only a little bit of sugar or even without it at all. That is something for me. Thank you all for support, I couldn't do it without you. Day 14 It's hard. I really, really want something sweet. And actually, I ruined my husband's Valentines Day plans. He planned to buy my my favourite cake. Sorry honey, we can celebrate in March again. Day 7 Not so bad. I have desperate need of cake only at the evening, tee without sugar is quite good but coffee is still disgusting. I can do it Day one. So far so good. Coffee with sweetener is disgusting but otherwise everything seems to be easy. Thanks to all my colleagues for donations. 31.01.2017 Last day. Cake is waiting for me at home and bye, bye sweets for a loooong time. 10.01.2017 Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. This February I’m ditching the sweet stuff and giving up sugar for a whole month to raise money for Cancer Research UK and helping to beat cancer sooner. I have two major reasons to pick up this challenge: 1. I ate way too much sweets 2. I want to do it in memory of my grandmother who had been fighting with cancer for 13 years. Help me conquer my cravings by sponsoring me. Donating through this page is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with Cancer Research UK
