My Story
Cancer is a word I feel like I’ve always known in my life and this is something I want to change for future generations so they can grow up without having to deal with the upsetting effects that cancer causes. This is my second Race for Life now and although I’m not a massive fan of physical exercise this is the one thing I put my heart into as I know every step taken is benefitting someone’s life somewhere. I’m running this for not only my Grandad and Kathryn's Nanna but also anyone affected💘

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
