My Story
I am both excited and scared to say that I am running the London Marathon on 23rd April 2023. My race is in aid of Cancer Research, an amazing charity fighting to see the end to all types of cancer. Cancer is happening right now and the stats are terrifying with 1 in 2 people predicted to get cancer in their lifetime. I have seen many close family members and friends bravely fighting cancer and I want to do something to support them in this never-ending battle. During the race, I will be thinking of my Aunt Sophie, who has battled Myeloma for over three years now and continues to do so with a smile on her face. Her never ending positivity is a huge inspiration to me. Please donate to my page to help bring forward the day when all cancers are cured and we no longer have to witness our friends and family suffer.

CAUSE
All Cancer Types
Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
