My Story
It’s five years since our beloved Ingy was taken from us and we still miss her dearly. We miss her smile, her wacky sense of humour, her laughter, her gentle patience and kindness, her surprise visits. In those five years, many more of us have lost loved ones to cancer. And so many of us are having to fight this horrible disease on a daily basis. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives .. lots of lives because sadly 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour.
