My Story
Almost 3 years ago our family laid to rest an inspirational lady, Edwina. More recently May 31st this year Big Nanna Power gained her wings. I'm running in their memory. As horrid as cancer is, it unities families, friends and communities. It brings out the best in everyone as we rally round to support those effected. Support those left behind to continue the legacies. It shows strength of character in all. The sad reality is that sooner or later, every ones life will be touched by cancer. In fact, 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. But with vital research being carried cancer is slowly being beaten.
