Nirpal Singh Bharaj
On Friday 25th May 2018 our dad, Nirpal Singh Bharaj sadly passed away. No matter what the situation, our dad always had a positive attitude, even when he was diagnosed with bladder cancer in February 2017. He fought cancer with all his strength both emotionally and physically with the support of his loved ones.When caught and treated early cancer need not be fatal just as our dad was treated and cured. Sadly he was taken too soon to benefit from his new found health when he succumbed to complications following knee replacement surgery. On Thursday 24th May our dads knee replacement surgery went seemingly well. However, in the process he developed Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT, which is a formation of a blood clot in the leg) which then travelled into his lungs, causing him to go into cardiac arrest. We lost him so suddenly and were and still are in deep shock and disbelief. Words cannot describe how much we will miss our dad. May his precious soul rest in eternal peace.
