In memory of
My gran
My Story
On Tuesday 3rd of January my gran sadly lost her battle to lung cancer although this was the hardest day of my life She was surrounded by all her family And i know now that she is not in anymore pain and it makes it that little bit easier❤️ Her warm heart and beautiful soul radiated into the lives of everyone around her. She was there for every child, grandchild and great grandchild even when we didn't ask for help! I wanted to do something to honour my gran and I have chosen to take part in the race for life 5k on the 21st of May to celebrate the life of my gran and also to raise money for charity at the same time so we can hopefully find a cure and not have anyone else to through the hurt and pain that comes with losing someone so close to you❤️ so please take 2minutes out of your time to donate to my page even if it's not a lot the smallest amounts will go a long way✨❤️

CAUSE
Lung cancer
Each year more than 43,500 people are diagnosed with lung cancer in the UK. We urgently need to drive progress so that more people survive their disease. Cancer Research UK is at the forefront in lung cancer research and is funding various projects to tackle the disease head on. This includes the TRACERx study, Cancer Research UK’s largest investment into lung cancer to date. This study has already transformed our understanding of how lung cancer evolves and is continuing to shed light on how to prevent, detect and treat the disease.
