The below poem called ‘A life Well Lived’ really resonated with us when we think fondly of him Happiness is not a goal……. it is a by-product of a life well lived, Filled with moments, Sweet and sad, With smiles…………..and sometimes tears With friendships formed and good times shared And laughter through the years A life well lived is a legacy, Of joy and pride and pleasure, A living lasting memory, Our grateful hearts will treasure. Our Dad had a life well lived! Family and friends meant the world to him, and he meant the world to us all. He was immensely proud of his four grandchildren and he was a fantastic Granddad. We have so many memories you will be in our hearts forever, A living lasting memory Our grateful hearts will treasure.
