In memory of Eugen Groza

Thanks for taking the time to visit my fundraising page. I am running the 10km in Bournemouth with my Dad, Philip Campion in honor of our family friend Eugen Groza... Eugen was such an awesome guy, I'm sad I never got to meet him as an adult, but there wasn't a time when he didn't ask Dad about me, regardless of what his own health was in. Eugen helped so so many pastors in Romania, mainly the gypsy pastors and encouraged, motivated and mentored so many so that the gospel was spread around even the remote parts of Romania. The heart for his country was evident and his love of so many worldwide was amazing. He was a man who had "ripple effect"... what he did, then rippled out to many nations and touched many families and individuals as well as churches. Right until the end, 10th February 2018, Eugen's heart was for all to remember whose we are, Gods, and to have all remember that. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I’m fundraising right now for Cancer Research UK. There’s no time to lose! The photo of my Dad with Eugen was from their last conference together and I love it! Eugen was fighting cancer here, and little did we know that it wouldn't long until we found out my Dad himself has cancer. Dad's cancer was caught early and is under control and I pray that continues. But cancer affects everyone in some way. Just late last year I lost my Auntie, Janet Campion, to cancer, my uncle and Dad's brother Peter, lives on with their children and grandchildren.
