I'm detoxing let's beat this

Okay, so a few may know this about me but pretty much every day i drink a few glasses to a bottle of wine. This has been happening for quite a few months now. Most of you also know that i'm used to smoking about 5/6 fags a day. I also like my chocolate and takeaways (especially pepperoni pizza!) This January I’m taking on Dryathlon® and raising money for Cancer Research UK. I’ll not only be ditching the drink for one month but i will be having a full on detox. That includes no drinking, smoking, late nights or eating any junk food. I hope that by doing this, it will improve my health but I also hope to raise some money to contribute towards beating cancer! £2.50 is better than nothing, whatever you can give would be amazing! Plus, it would be amazing if you guys can support me so I can become healthier for the better! I lost my cousin Yasmin when I was in school, she was the kindest, prettiest and funniest girl I knew, she was the person I used to tell my deepest, darkest secrets to. You know that one person you can call for a chat and you would come off the phone call feeling 10x happier. Now she is gone. I don't know where she's gone, but I know cancer in the blood took her. She was mid 20's, she never even got to learn how to drive, find a man or ...you know what I mean, her life was cut short and it's all because of cancer.
